Arthur is a graduate of the Master of Occupational Therapy program at the University of Manitoba. During his final practicum at the PACT program in Winnipeg, he discovered a passion for community mental health and continued to work with PACT following the completion of his degree. During his time at PACT Arthur worked with clients living with chronic mental illnesses, many of whom required support in securing and maintaining long term housing. After completing a short contract with a private practice in British Columbia, Arthur returned to Manitoba and accepted a position with St. Boniface Street Links as a mental health professional.
